What was the highlight of Welcome Hotel
Great value for money accommodation.
Very clean and spacious. Near to Bannan Line MRT Exit M1, which is only one stop from Taipei Main Station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided is very good. Laundry service is free and DIY. The laundry room is closed after 10pm, though. Also, there is only one washing machine and dryer only. It seems that they also have a paid laundry service. It's best to check with them.
Locks are manual, not electronic. The staff recommended that they room key be left at the front desk when going out of the hotel.

Very unhappy when checking out, not an honest hotel.
The breakfast.
The room rates we've quoted through Booking.com during reservation was NT$3825 per night, but we had been charged NT$4500 for four of the 6 nights we've stayed.
